Account & Verification

Opening an account is quick and easy. Click ‘Create Account’, fill in your personal details, verify your email address and select the account type that best suits your needs. The entire process takes less than 15 minutes.
To complete KYC verification you need: a valid government-issued ID (national ID, passport or driver’s licence) front and back, and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) dated within the last 3 months. We review your documents within 24-48 business hours.
Yes. We offer demo accounts with virtual funds so you can practise and get familiar with the MT4 platform with zero risk. You can open a demo account during the standard registration process.

Deposits & Withdrawals

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit is $50 for a Standard account. All deposits are processed securely with no fees on our side.
Withdrawals are processed within minutes once approved. Requests received during business hours are handled the same day. Bank transfers may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
Black Moon Trade does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, especially for international transfers.

Trading Concepts

A CFD (Contract for Difference) is a financial instrument that lets you speculate on the price movement of an asset — stocks, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies — without owning the underlying asset. You profit or lose the difference between the opening and closing price of the trade.
Leverage allows you to control a position larger than the capital you deposit. For example, with 1:50 leverage you can control $5,000 with just $100 in margin. While it amplifies potential profits, it equally multiplies the risk of losses, so it must be used responsibly.
The spread is the difference between the buy (ask) and sell (bid) price of an instrument. It is the main cost of each trade. At Black Moon Trade we offer spreads from 0.0 pips on PRO and Institutional accounts.
